Why Chiropractic?
It can help with...
Headaches
Many people suffer with headaches, including one in ten people who suffer from migraine headaches. Getting to the root cause and eliminating the underlying problem is my goal for successfully returning your life to normal.
Back Pain
The most common reasons people see me are for back and neck pain, and those are areas where I excel in treatment. Our mutual goal is the elimination of interference to the nerves, which communicates that there is pain in the body, and the treatment of contributing factors that add to the pain.
Women's and Infant Health
Many women find Chiropractic care helpful during pregnancy. As the body changes, gentle adjusting techniques can bring relief. Newborns are a part of the practice because parents understand the benefit to the little one of starting their life out without interference in their body's communication system, the spinal nerves. Slight finger pressure on vertebrae that are out of alignment is all that is required, and can often result in better sleep and digestion.
It's a Family Affair!
A majority of our practice consists of generations of families. Over 70% of our patients see us for maintenance, preventative, or wellness care. The biggest compliment is when a patient brings in a loved one to us for help and care.
Exercise Program
Each individual has very specific physical needs when it comes to an exercise program tailored to exactly what ails them. I spend time creating a one-of-a-kind exercise regimen taking into consideration physical ability and your specific goals. Having been the team Chiropractor for the World Cycling Championships, and the Colorado Springs Dance Theatre, you can rest assured your physical well being is in experienced hands.
Stress
Due to our fast paced and technology driven society, it seems we are on information overload that results in a tremendous amount of stress. By subtle alterations to our lifestyle, from how we text and use our computers, to yard work, hiking, or even sitting in a car, I can help you reduce some of the stress that these activities cause by helping you adapt better to our changing lifestyles.
